WE SHIP FROM LEBANON TO MOST COUNTRIES IN WHICH OUR LOGISTICS PARTNERS OPERATE.

YOUR ORDER WILL BE DISPATCHED WITH DHL, ARAMEX OR FEDEX. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES.
SHIPPING COSTS WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE SIZE AND VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT OF YOUR ORDER AS WELL AS YOUR LOCATION. THEY WILL BE CALCULATED ACCORDINGLY AND AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED AT CHECKOUT.

THESE CHARGES SHOULD BE PAID BY YOU IN ORDER TO RELEASE YOUR ORDER UPON ARRIVAL. THE AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM.

ORDER STATUS

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT CONTAINING ALL ITS DETAILS.
ONCE IT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED, ANOTHER EMAIL WILL BE RECEIVED STATING ALL DETAILS OF ITS SHIPMENT INCLUDING THE TRACKING NUMBER TO MONITOR ITS PROGRESS.
AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR RE-DELIVERY WILL BE CHARGED IF THE PACKAGE WAS REFUSED OR UNDELIVERED DUE TO YOUR ABSENCE AND NO ONE BEING PRESENT TO RECEIVE IN YOUR PLACE.

FOR ORDERS PLACED FROM OTHER PROJECTS:
IF FOR ANY REASON, CLIENTS ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH AN ORDER, THE ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED FOR EITHER SIZE EXCHANGE, OR A REFUND - IF APPROVED.
REFUNDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE PAID BACK IN 30 DAYS' TIME AT THE LATEST AFTER APPROVAL.

  • ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF PURCHASE INVOICE

ONCE THE EXCHANGE HAS BEEN APPROVED BY US, YOU ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO SHIP IT BACK, WITH SHIPPING EXPENSE AND ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOM DUTIES COVERED BY YOUR SIDE.
